This is what happens when the details carry the room. ✨

Fluted wood cabinetry, marble surfaces, brass fixtures, sculptural mirrors, and a checkerboard floor each bring something distinct to the space.

Together, they create a bathroom that feels rich, warm, and intentional.

The character is in the materials, the contrast, and the way every detail is finished. 🏡

A Seattle renovation with real structure behind the finish. 🏡✨

This Magnolia project combined a kitchen remodel, garage-to-office conversion, basement reconfiguration, mudroom, laundry, and exterior updates.

In the kitchen, warm wood, custom cabinetry, quartz surfaces, panel-ready appliances, and connected dining space create a home that feels brighter, more useful, and more personal.

The final spaces feel easy.

The planning behind them was not.

Warm traditional details, carried through the quieter moments. ✨

This Snohomish main-level remodel brought together custom arched cabinetry, glass panels, brass hardware, quartz surfaces, and connected living spaces with a refined, collected feel.

The final result feels soft and timeless because the details were planned with intention. 🏡

A main-level remodel and addition should feel like one cohesive home. 🏡

This Woodinville project combined a major main-level remodel with an addition, creating an opportunity to rethink how the kitchen and living spaces function together.

Warm wood tones, integrated cabinetry, clean architectural lines, large-format surfaces, and layered lighting carry consistently through the space. ✨📐

The challenge with an addition is not just creating more room. It is making the new and existing portions of the home feel intentional, connected, and resolved as one project.

That takes careful planning across structure, layout, millwork, lighting, finishes, and all the details that tie the spaces together.

The best rooms feel considered from every angle. ✨

In the primary bathroom of this Bellevue custom home, warm wood cabinetry, soft tile, matte black fixtures, frameless glass, and a full-height window create a calm, grounded feel.

Nothing needs to compete for attention. The materials, proportions, and natural light do the work.

Clean, warm, and thoughtfully built. 🏡

A full-home transformation, completed on a timeline that didn’t leave much room for error.

This project touched nearly every part of the home, including reconfigured interiors, structural changes, custom cabinetry throughout, quartzite in the kitchen, and thoughtful exterior updates.

The goal was to make the entire home feel cohesive, elevated and intentional from one space to the next.

Big credit to our Project Manager Eric for owning the details and keeping everything moving from start to finish 👏

And to SarMerr Design on the design side for bringing the vision together so well 🤝

Really proud of how this one came together.
