Community impact looks good, even in direct sunlight! Our recent blood drive with Bloodworks Northwest was a huge success:
- 25 donors registered
- 23 units collected
- 9 first-time donors
- Countless lives impacted

Thank you to everyone who donated, especially our 9 first-time donors. Your generosity will help patients across our region.

Also, we'd like to apologize to the volunteers and donors who were asked to look toward approximately 1,000 watts of sunshine for the group photo. The marketing department regrets nothing. ☀️😂

A huge shoutout to our incredible Summer Interns, Max, Leah, Carsyn, and Traci for knocking this year's Intern BBQ & Co****le Tournament out of the park!

Each summer, our interns take the lead in hosting this favorite Sequoyah tradition, and this year's group raised the bar. From planning the event to running the tournament, every detail was top-notch. Max even spent the entire night smoking pork to serve up some seriously unforgettable pulled pork sandwiches!

The competition was fierce, the food was fantastic, and the teamwork behind the event was nothing short of amazing.

Congratulations to defending champion Duane and his new partner Connor for taking home this year's Co****le Tournament title!

Thank you to our interns for your hard work, creativity, and commitment to making this event such a success. What an incredible way to bring Team Sequoyah together.

Brian, David, Ron, and Derek had a great time last Thursday at the USO Northwest Red White & Blue Golf Classic. It was an excellent turnout, and an honor to support our veterans. Some of us in the office are still waiting to hear the story about the Hot Shot Golf Ball Air Cannon.

Paradise with a side of PNW rain!

Our Annual Employee Charity Golf Tournament — Tropical Paradise edition, was a total hole-in-one! With 11 teams, 18 holes, mini-games, donations, and plenty of friendly competition, the day was a big win all around. The skies may have opened up on us, but rain couldn't wash away the island vibes. Thanks to our employees' generosity and Sequoyah's matching donations, we raised $8,022 for the Seattle Children's Uncompensated Care Fund! We may not have swung like the pros, but we braved the downpour with big hearts for a great cause. Until next year!
