We always see how quickly gutters can fill up as the season changes. Clogged gutters can lead to water problems around your home, especially when the rain picks up. Clearing them now makes a difference before winter really settles in.

Hard water stains/buildup is unseemly and annoying. And there's a lot of info and products out there that claim to work. I'm going to tell you my method that has worked that ive developed for the past few years as a professional window cleaner.

Here's what you'll need:
BioClean hard water stain remover.
An orbital polisher (NOT SANDER)
Pressed felt wool pads that fit your orbital sander
And a spray bottle with just water in it.

Directions:
Apply the BioClean to the glass in a film about 3 to 5 mm thick across 1 square foot of the glass you wish to clean.
Wet your wool pad that's been applied to the polisher.
Gently press the polisher to the glass and turn it on the lowest speed setting.
Move the polisher side to side and up and down in a 1 square foot, pausing occasionally to wet the slurry so the polishing action keeps going but not so wet the slurry dissipates into foam.

If the pad starts to grip the glass its too dry and could start to scratch your glass.
If the pad foams up excessively its too wet and the particles wont polish the glass effectively.
It will take between 3 and 5 minutes to effectively polish 1 square foot of lightly stained glass and 5 to 10 minutes to effectively polish 1 square foot of HEAVILY stained glass.

I trust my approach because it’s safe for your windows and actually removes the problem, not just the surface marks.

Clearing away pine needles and juniper debris from our roofs isn’t just about looks—it's a must before the chill sets in, especially around ice melt cables.

When we let debris pile up near these cables, it can block their heat and lead to ice buildup or even damage. We always make sure to gently clear away anything that could get caught or trap moisture around the cables. A soft broom or gloved hand can do the trick. Staying on top of this keeps our roofs protected as winter approaches.

Leaves and debris can build up fast in gutters, especially as we move toward fall.

Weather alerts saying it’s gonna snow tonight from 1am to 4 am! We’re expecting a foot! I do snow removal for driveways, walkways, and sidewalks with de-icing sprinkling as an add on for $15 per 20lb bag I need to use to safely prevent or melt ice formed. I use non corrosive de-icer that’s safe for concrete and asphalt.

$50 minimum for snow removal, $75 an hour.
Sidewalks, walkways, porches, decks and stairs can be cleared as well!
