Cajon Construction is a home remodeling company based in Redlands, CA with over 20 years experience. We specialize in bathrooms, kitchens, additions and structural repairs. I got my start growing up in a 1920’s Craftsman home. My family and I built a 1000 square foot garage/shop when I was 13 years old. After college, I spent over 10 years working on luxury mega yachts in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, overseeing maintenance and managing complete refits and overhauls. After that, I started my own company as a handyman and worked under an experienced custom home builder to gain the experience needed to become a licensed contractor.
We are hiring tradesmen/women with various levels of experience. Serious applicants must fill out the questionnaire that includes brief descriptions of the trade(s) you are the strongest in, if you have the necessary tools to perform those trade(s), and which trades you would like more experience in. The questionnaire will also ask you to provide your hourly rate, daily rate or weekly pay you are looking for. We will train depending on the project for the right person(s) and we will oversee those who feel confident overseeing a project independently.
