We hope everyone had a safe and enjoyable weekend. I meant to post these before and after photos last week but ended up getting busy. The doors are CHI, carriage stamped, long panel, walnut in color with tinted stockton glass.

We don’t just do new installations. We also do service as well , on both commercial and residential buildings.

The spring on the left is broken. The spring on the right is still in good condition. We suggest replacing both spring since they run in cycles and the good one will more than likely break soon. However we never force anyone to replace both springs at the same time if they don’t want to. Some customers report hearing a very loud noise, “like a bomb went off.” Some people don’t have the space in the spring like the one on left does, so they don’t know that their spring is even broken. They just tell us the door won’t open. Regardless if your spring is broken or not, we do service all garage doors big or small!

I thought that since we have new followers I would introduce or reintroduce ourselves. We are the oldest garage door company in Redding. We have had a name change or two since opening up back in the 70’s, but have always been in the same location. Going left to right I will introduce you to our team!

Jackie has been with us for about a year in a half now. She answers our phones, types up work orders and sends out invoices to our customers.

Ryan is our newest team member! He’s been with us for about a year now. He does repair work for us as well as new installations.

Bryce is our customer favorite! He does most of our service work. Occasionally he does new installations. He has been with us for 8 years!

Shannon is the owner!! Before becoming the owner he worked in the field for 11 years before moving into the office for the last 10 years.

Jesse has been with us for 9 years. He is our lead commercial technician! He installs and repairs all the big doors. Fun fact..he is the owners son!

Justin is our commercial tech helper and a residential tech. He has been with us for almost 2 years now after leaving us for a short time.

Darla does all the behind the scenes stuff as well as keeping the office running smoothly. She has been with us for 4 years. Fun fact….she’s married to the owner!
