🇺🇸 About us: We are a highly respected, family-owned company located in Redding, CA with over 45 years of history serving residential and commercial HVAC customers. Dennis' Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities: Complete different service/repair calls. Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC systems. Understand all types of HVAC systems and their components. Timely and accurate completion of daily service call reports. Communicate effectively both written and verbally. Must be able to comply with OSHA standards.

Schedule: Monday -Friday, rotating weekends for on-call (Some overtime required, depending on workload).

Experience/Requirements: At least one year’s experience as an HVAC technician. Must be over the age of 21, possess a valid California driver’s license and have a clean driving record. Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components.

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our friend and team member, Dustin “Dusty” Taylor, who left us this weekend.

Dusty wasn’t just an employee — he was truly part of the Dennis’ Heating & Air family. He brought hard work, pride, and craftsmanship to every job he touched. But even more than that, he brought a big heart, a steady presence, and a sense of humor that made the long days a little easier for everyone around him.

Our team will deeply miss his smile, his dedication, and the positive attitude he carried with him day after day. Dusty was the kind of person you could count on — the kind of person who made both work and life better just by being there.

We are grateful for the time we had with him, and our hearts go out to his family, friends, and everyone who loved him. Please keep them in your thoughts during this difficult time.

Rest in peace, Dusty. You will be missed, remembered, and appreciated always.
