One of the things that is frequently asked about our company is how we maintain our prices low compared to our competitors ?
There are many answers to that question but one of the contributing or cost saving factors is that we watch out for predatory customers . Now Redding is filled with some of the most caring and thoughtful people . Family's that just want help without being ripped off. That being said , one of the hardest things to deal with as a contractor is ,there are also predatory customers . Customers that will never be happy until they make sure you have lost everything on there job . Customers that constantly keep changing what they want , " OH if you could just add this one thing at no extra cost I would really appreciate it " This is the same people that constantly complain at the restaurant , waiting for that discount .There goal is not only take every ounce of profit out of the job but actually hurt the company financially . To battle this inevitable scenario contractors raise the rates for the good customers knowing they will have to be taken by the bad customers .
We always felt this was wrong . Why should a honest customer pay more because of a dishonest one . We came up with a simple solution . If we find you to be dishonest or trying to take advantage of our company then we will not only not do the job but you will never be able to use our company again . In return we are able to pass this savings onto our customers . Now I'm sure some of you reading this are wondering what happens to these customers . We are always polite when we tell them we are no longer interested in there job but as you can imagine for some this upsets there whole plan . They feel that they are entitled to rip the contractor off and finding out that they can no longer use us and worse that they now have to use a much more expensive contractor sends them over the top . Its funny how almost all of are bad reviews online are customers we refuse to work for . Writing a bad review saying we refuse to help them is the only thing they have left . With that we wish them good luck .
I built this company with two objectives. To take care of people . To help them in their hour of need . Also to provide a great place to work for my employees. That means I will protect both from those that mean them harm and every now and then, that's a customer .
