Underground construction has been in Brian's family for generations! His grandfather helped build a large portion of San Diego's underground infrastructure, and his father started N&T in 1987, nearly 40 years ago! Brian and his brother followed in their father's footsteps, and now our son is carrying on the trade.

N&T has completed extensive underground work throughout Shasta County, including Shastina Ranch, Salt Creek, Windsor Estates, Highland Park, Ravenwood Estates, Copper Creek, Silver Creek, Carriage Glen, Lassen Meadows in Shingletown, and City Lights on Hilltop, just to name a few!

They've also worked on the Shasta View extension connecting to Shastina Ranch, major drainage systems, bridges, underground utilities, culverts, streetlights, and much more. Brian has even received referrals from the City of Redding and others over the years.

💪 AND SOMETHING I REALLY WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW ABOUT BRIAN...

I've been married to this man for 27 years, and when I say he's a hard worker, I mean it!

He's not just a business owner who sends a crew out to do the work. He's right there working alongside them! He knows the job, operates the equipment, climbs into the trenches, and won't ask his employees to do something he wouldn't do himself. This man has literally been up to his neck in sewage getting a job done! 😂

He takes pride in his work, communicates with his customers, and believes in doing things right.

📸 The pictures I'm sharing are from a septic project Brian and our two boys completed at our rental property in less than 2 days! So no projects will drag on unnecessarily. He also replaced the septic system at our own home over 11 years ago, and we've never had an issue. He's done septic work for my parents in Alabama, along with projects for local family, friends, and friends of our kids.

UPDATE:: Good news Our Backhoe was found and is being recovered. While it was stolen off of the job site. It was found abandoned deep in the bushes off of Airport Road. Maybe someone took it for a joy ride. We are just happy to have it recovered. And it's always so great to see when this community comes together to help one another out, that is one of the things that I've always loved about being a native of Redding. The people here really do care for each other. So Thank you again for all of your help. 💙🤍💙🤍

We have contacted businesses around the area and they are looking at their surveillance videos from the weekend, to get an idea of what direction it may have gone, or any distinct information on people or vehicles driven by the thieves.
