About Last Night....
(I received this picture from a client/investor of mine who was in need, although I'd yet to experience commercial exterior doors and certainly did not eant to spemd my Friday Night (LATE ) figuring it out.)
After hours of attempt I was able to concoct away to at least lock up their establishment for the night and returned this morning to make a more permanent fix.

In return I spent most of the day diligently repairing replacing and serving it caused me too miss some previously scheduled appointments however for loyal clients that have emergencies or large precedence I make it my business to see that they are taking care of especially when faced with a crisis of this nature.
(Yes this is the place where the pipes are in seven separate locations...)

Now to get back to making this same clients fix- n-flip someone's next home.
