If the plumber you call comes out and says the repair can be made with black flex seal in a can, CALL SOMEONE ELSE!

Unfortunately now the damage is done with mold and rotting wood. As well as damage to the unit below.

Do it right the first time and save on costly repairs like this!

Cheaper isn’t always better. Make sure you get the appropriate Management for your investments. In this case, saving $12 on a repair will ultimately cost 10’s of thousands of dollars.

Not replacing a microwave cord and electrical taping it instead will cost this owner thousands. The national property management companies don’t have your interest at heart. They have lawyers on retainer to protect them from having to be liable for repairs. If you're a local owner with a portfolio, Go local!

Don’t worry, Venture Property Management will work with this owner to get his investment back on track.
