Bonding of all non current carrying parts.

Understanding the difference from "grounding" or "bonding" is always one that gets misunderstood by most.

This jacket isn't designed to be the EGC but it needs to be bonded because it will carry the fault.

I see people tape over the MC and isolate it from the connectors regularly. Now you have a jacket with no way to carry the fault and it could become energized in a specific situation.

It looks like a small job, but the amount of work and material that goes into capture existing 6/2 mc. Rerouting it down to a disconnect and then back up to a J- box where you cut it to begin IS A lot.

The customer just sees these on the wall.
