He began roofing for other roofing companies in 1967, where he learned the proper way to install roofs so they will last as long as they are supposed to. In 1980 he went out on his own and started Meissen and Sons Roofing with the idea t
hat if we always treat people right and take pride in what we do customers will refer us to friends and family. I started helping my father in the mid 80’s and had an opportunity to learn what he already had learned. In 2006 I took over the business with the same ideals, (take care of our customers), my children have expressed an interest in continuing in our footsteps. I intend to expand Meissen and Sons Roofing in a way that my family will be proud of and our customers will brag about. Our niche is to work on residential roofing and gutters. We train all our employees ourselves. This way we can ensure that they meet our high standards for quality workmanship. Our company highers all local employee’s that can answer any questions you might have about the job. We work very hard at keeping the USA job strong. One of the things that sets our company apart from our competition, is that we clean up after ourselves. We provide premium products and materials to Southern Kansas City Missouri Metropolitan area.
