Can My Existing Concrete Be Resurfaced?

In many cases, yes.

Concrete doesn’t have to look perfect underneath an overlay. Older concrete with discoloration, surface wear and certain cracks or imperfections may still be a candidate for resurfacing.

However, resurfacing isn’t the right solution for every slab.

If the underlying concrete has severe structural failure, significant movement or other conditions that cannot be properly addressed, replacement may be the better option.

That’s why we evaluate the existing concrete first.

Did you know that one of the best parts of our resin stone overlay system is that it’s FIXABLE!

Let’s fast forward 5 or 6 years and you may have had some ground movement and a small crack forms….guess what??

We can fix that!!! Easy, simple and no need to replace the entire thing 😊
