We are still working on 2025 projects. This is one in Lewiston of a 3 1/2 story apartment building. We installed firewalls, fire doors with door closers. In six apartments, we took out doors and made firewalls. Painted three  hallways that were 90 feet long each. Tore out carpet from all hallways and flooring from all landings and stair treads and installed all vinyl plank, flooring and vinyl stair treads throughout.

Most people know that I support my sport. It's about the people connection. This one goes back many decades, and I feel so honored that they put my dad in the sponsorship. For my Beech Ridge people no explanation is needed For my Oxford Plains people they may think of the J2 first… but the P38 won the first Oxford Open ever. Thanks!

Waiting for the weather to really break to jump on a couple of exterior projects from last fall… In the meantime... progress on 4 projects going on now:
1. First four pictures – take care of hot water heater leaking causing mold issues.
2. Next six pictures – building with some apartments that had two doors that are opened into the same shed hallway – taking one out and making a wall… And adding fire doors/building walls at the end of each corridor.
3. Next five pictures – old apartment building with bad walls – reframing walls, adding window and soffit in the kitchen. 
4. Different apartment building had a bedroom that had one door that opened only into another bedroom. Added a door to a solid wall going into the living room to offer a better alternative for the set up.

Not exactly what we or the homeowner wanted: way more extensive having to tear it down before we can rebuild it correctly. ..  still waiting for the weather to break a little bit… Once again, calling for temperatures in the teens tonight. Have some exterior projects they were hoping to finish up later in the month that were left over from the fall.
