Pay Range: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
About the Role
LaBrie Property Maintenance & Landscaping is seeking an experienced, high-energy Landscape/Hardscape Foreman to lead our field crew. This is a leadership position for a professional who takes pride in their craftsmanship, possesses a sharp eye for detail, and excels at managing both time and people.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed to our high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Direct and supervise a crew of laborers, ensuring safety, productivity, and high-quality results.
Project Management: Execute landscape and hardscape designs from start to finish, maintaining a strict production schedule.
Quality Control: Maintain an exceptional level of attention to detail on all aspects of the job site.
Communication: Coordinate effectively with management regarding project progress and material needs.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate and maintain landscaping machinery and hand tools.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven prior experience in landscaping and hardscaping is required.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a workforce.
Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills to keep projects on track.
Professionalism: Punctual, reliable, and able to represent the company professionally to clients.
Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
