Mini split condensers caused a bunch of rotted siding, we came in and replaced it all with primed cedar clap. New underlayment installed, some PVC blocks with drip caps, and a gutter above to prevent this from happening again. Customer is getting their whole house painted in the coming weeks!

New rough sawn eastern white pine for this porch ceiling! Electrician will be retro fitting these can lights to led!

Dog damage? Not anymore!

New stair treads for this house, along with a beaded kitchen island back panel and baseboard. As well as a new door for the laundry room! Door still needs paint then the glass coverings can be removed!

Here it is, The completed railings! We demoed the old casement windows & railings and transformed this space! Added a bunch of natural light, while making a modern contemporary look blend with the post and beam house. Not to mention the safety these railings provide! 1 3/4 by 4 inch milled red oak railings with 1/2 inch black steel balusters, new red oak nosing. 4x4 and 6x6 rough sawn hemlock used as well!
