Here is a recent job where I converted a tub/shower surround to a full tile walk in shower! My clients wanted to get rid of the tub to make it more functional for them. The neutral wall and pebble accent tile really match the aesthetics of their home. I added the big niche to hold all the essentials and went with the sliding shower glass door for easy use and it was a better option for the tight space in the bathroom.

This is probably one of my favorite bathroom remodels that I’ve done! I’ve always thought that powder rooms don’t have to be so bland and that they should have some personality. When designing a powder room the possibilities are endless. You can think big style-wise, as it’s a small space, and can be renovated without breaking the bank. By updating the millwork, tile, vanity, countertop, paint and finishes it totally changed the feeling of the room!

It’s the little details that make a house feel custom. Added cabinet hardware for my clients who recently closed on this beautiful new construction rambler in Rathdrum. A simple addition of handles brings warmth, style, and a more polished finish to this kitchen. If you want some of your own finishing touches, we’re here to help! 206-375-4891

ANOTHER BATHROOM REFRESHED ✨
Originally this bathroom felt dated with the old cracking brown tile, basic finishes, cheap LVP flooring, and darker tones that made the space feel smaller.

By brightening everything up with new white tub and shower surround, a new vanity + quartz, updated lighting, and patterned flooring, the whole room now feels fresh, open, and much more inviting. It’s a great example of how the right updates can completely change the feel of a space!

SAME SPACE ➡️ TOTALLY DIFFERENT FEEL.
What was once an ugly laundry space now feels like a well designed extension of the living space and ties seamlessly into the homes overall style 🌟

Initially, the laundry area felt like an afterthought. The washer and dryer were tucked into a rough, unfinished alcove with the water heater exposed, creating a cramped feel. Basic brownish tile flooring and visible plumbing made the space feel cold and purely functional — not integrated with the rest of the home.

Now the space feels intentional and elevated. The machines are cleanly framed with finished walls and a curtain enclosure that softens the area while concealing the not-so-pretty water heater. The bold patterned tile flooring and black doors adds personality and contrast. Updated lighting brightens the space even more.

Oh and say hi to my helper Wrigley in the before pics 👋

This is what happens when remodel decisions are made with resale, longevity, and daily function in mind.

BEFORE:
• Dated tub/shower combo
• Yellowed surround + old accent tile
• Curtain closing the room in
• Cheap LVP flooring
• Felt smaller than it was

AFTER:
• Frameless glass walk-in shower
• Dual shower heads w/ 3-way diverter
• Subway tile + dark penny tile floor
• Huge accent niche
• Warm wood vanity + quartz top
• Matching custom floor-to-ceiling wood pantry style cabinetry
• Matte black hardware that actually makes a statement
• Elegant 12x24 tile floor + base

Clean lines. Brighter. Bigger feel.

We didn’t add square footage.
We added design + timeless style.

Everyone loves a good before and after! Check out this kitchen I just completed. The tasteful green cabinetry, ch*****ne bronze hardware + fixtures, and full-height backsplash turned out beautifully!
