Now Hiring: Tree Climber & Groundsman
Join Our Professional Tree Service Team
Are you passionate about working outdoors and ready to take your tree care skills to the next level? We’re a locally owned and operated tree service company seeking experienced and reliable team members to join our crew. We’re currently hiring for the following positions:
1. Tree Climber (Full-Time)
Responsibilities:
• Perform tree climbing and aerial work using ropes, harnesses, and climbing gear
• Safely operate chainsaws and rigging equipment
• Execute proper pruning, removals, and canopy thinning
• Collaborate with ground crew to ensure safe and efficient job sites
Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years of climbing experience (bucket truck experience a plus)
• Strong knowledge of tree care techniques and safety practices
• Physically fit, with the ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred) and ability to aquire a CDL in 90 days.

2. Groundsman (Full-Time)
Responsibilities:
• Assist climbers with ground operations, including rigging and lowering limbs
• Operate chainsaws, chippers, and other equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Load and haul debris
Requirements:
• Previous experience in tree work or landscaping preferred
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Ability to lift heavy loads and work outdoors in all weather
• Valid driver’s license
