Wilson brings more than 20 years of excavation and utility construction experience to each project. His assets are coupled with Jim Scull’s engineering and construction experience that spans over 37 years. Both of them set the tone for the company and are closely involved with each project, ensuring precise planning, workmanship, safety and quality performance. Our knowledgeable crew leaders have experience in working under diverse conditions and environments from in-operation airports and hospitals, to busy commercial sites and roadways. We have a proven track record of completing large scale projects including major campuses, subdivisions, and technical earthwork.
