July was another great month for our sales team, but behind every contract is something much more important than a number — someone in our community choosing to put their trust in BHE.

A huge congratulations to our July Top Performers:

Mike Bucknell came in HOT this month, taking the #1 spot with 15 new contracts. What a month, Mike! 👊

We’re also excited to see Daniel Johnson making his first appearance on the Top Performers list! Daniel is new to the BHE team and is already showing some serious strength. We’re excited to have him on board and even more excited to see where he goes from here.

As a company, we finished July with 79 new contracts.

🚨 THE #1 WAY TO KNOW IF YOU MAY BE WORKING WITH THE WRONG ROOFING CONTRACTOR FOR YOUR INSURANCE CLAIM:

They tell you:

“Don’t worry about your deductible. We’ll take care of it.”

That statement should make every homeowner stop and ask questions.

If a contractor offers to “cover,” “waive,” “rebate,” or “work with you” on your deductible, ask them one very important question:

👉 “Will the final invoice you give ME be the exact same final invoice you send to my insurance company?”

Why does that matter?

Because if your insurance company receives a final invoice for $20,000, but the contractor’s records show they actually charged you $19,000, those documents may be telling two different stories about the same transaction.

And there is always a paper trail.

Your insurance company has records.
Your contractor has records.
And YOU have records.

Those records should accurately reflect what actually happened.

Your deductible is part of your insurance contract. It shouldn’t simply disappear because someone calls it a rebate, marketing allowance, advertising credit, yard-sign payment, or something else.
