Today marks one year in business for Nunn Plumbing, and while it’s a milestone I’m proud of, it’s also a bittersweet day. My very first customer was Krista Freytag — a truly wonderful person who believed in me from the start. I’ll never forget her kindness and the encouragement she gave me when I was just getting started.

Krista sadly passed away on March 25, 2025, after bravely fighting cancer. She’ll always hold a special place in my heart and in the story of this business.

Here’s to continuing forward with gratitude for everyone who has supported me this past year, and with Krista’s memory reminding me why I do what I do.

I'd like everyone to meet the newest member of the Nunn Plumbing family! I feel a little guilty that it's far too soon, but alas... Tears were shed, and we must move on. There are eager customers with plumbing woes awaiting Nunn Plumbing's return to action. Onwards and upwards!

Dear Trusted Followers,

It is with a heavy heart that I regretfully inform you of a terrible tragedy that has befallen Nunn Plumbing. Yesterday, at approximately 9:40AM, one of Nunn Plumbing's greatest employees suffered catastrophic failure. They just lost all drive (reverse still works like a champ) and gave up. Tragically taken from us far too soon, at the tender age of just 20. They (I've been told, prefers "they/them") were there from the very beginning and attended all 86 of Nunn Plumbing's invoiced calls and 24 estimates. There are no words that can describe how this makes everyone at Nunn Plumbing feel. If any of my followers need someone to talk to during this trying time, I am here for you. Simply book an appointment with Nunn Plumbing, and I will personally make sure your pipes flow as smoothly as the tears I’ve shed over this loss.

May we all remember them as they were: an icon of reliability, courage, and questionable fuel efficiency.
