The new Clubhouse at Deer Mountain Village is coming along nicely and will open sometime this Fall. It is a first-class facility with unique design and materials. Our team of craftsmen and women are doing a fantastic job on the fit and finish.

We were happy to be a part of a groundbreaking for a new Victory Lane Quick Oil Change in Spearfish today. The new facility will be providing service at the beginning of next year.

Monument Health celebrated a ribbon-cutting on its new emergency department on I-90 and Mall Dr. The project was completed by our team in 12 months, which was an incredibly fast schedule, but they got it done. The facility adds to Monument’s capabilities and will provide much needed medical services to Rapid City in the surrounding area.

Rapid City Area Schools and Rapid Valley Elementary School broke ground on their expansion and renovation project. The School District will be adding new classrooms, support facilities, and a new gymnasium, plus updating the existing building’s systems. We are proud to be able to work with them to plan and phase the project with minimal disruption to their school activities and schedule.
