The point of this video isn’t about a yard sign.

We saw another roofing company’s sign laying on the ground, stopped, picked it up, and put it back where it belonged.

Owning similar businesses doesn’t have to mean tearing each other down.

There’s enough room for all of us to succeed. We can choose to pick each other up, help each other out. At the end of the day, your customer will choose you based on what they are looking for. We all have bills to pay, families we love. Plus our logo is way cooler 😉

That’s the kind of people we want to be. 🫶🏼

Storm Damage Reminder 🔔

With the storm systems that moved through the Black Hills yesterday and today, Nate and I want to remind our friends and neighbors to be cautious. Roofing companies from outside our state have already heard about the storms, and you may start seeing out-of-state crews knocking on doors soon.

Before you trust someone you’ve never heard of, we would truly appreciate the opportunity to come take a look at your roof.

We’re local. We have lived in the Black Hills for 35 years, and Yeti Roofing has been serving our community for 16 years. This is home to us, and our neighbors aren’t just customers they’re our friends and community.

 We’ve had several reports of tennis-ball-sized hail from yesterday’s storm. 😳

And honestly, we aren’t surprised to see a storm like this during Rally Week in the Black Hills. Those pop-up storms can come out of nowhere!

We’re so thankful to hear that our friends and customers are safe, and we’re especially praying for all of the bikers who were caught out in that storm. We know many of you are here enjoying the Hills and traveling our beautiful roads, and we want you to stay safe!

If you saw hail this big yesterday, we really do recommend having your roof checked. Hail damage isn’t always something you can see from the ground, and it’s always better to know what you’re dealing with.

We’ve been a little quiet around here… but we’ve been busy!

It’s been a while since we’ve checked in, and the reason is simple, we’ve been out working on some great projects and taking care of our customers across the Black Hills.

As the Sturgis Rally gets underway, we want to take a moment to say please stay safe and enjoy the Rally! We know this is an exciting time of year for our community, and we’re thinking about all of our customers, friends, and neighbors who are out enjoying everything the Black Hills has to offer. 🏍️

And as always, keep an eye on those skies. Summer storms here can pop up quickly, and those sudden storms can bring some pretty serious hail. A storm can pass in minutes and leave behind damage you may not notice from the ground.
