Some before and afters of another bathroom I recently finished.

I enjoy the process of designing with homeowners. There’s never a back & forth of this vs. that, it’s more of here’s what you need, send me some ideas, tell me what you like, and I’ll help you create the vision. This one was all new everything; Fresh drywall, texture, and paint, new flooring, new vanity and mirror, new tub/shower, new toilet, new fixtures, new window, closet redesign, a pocket door turned into a barn door, and an added touch on the exterior wall of the bathroom with some grey shiplap. If I haven’t told you yet, Sherwin-Williams paint is awesome!

Also, I gotta give a huge shoutout to the homeowner on this one! He handled all the demo and disposal before I even got started, had it prepped and ready to go for me. That was much appreciated!

I appreciate all of my customers wholeheartedly, but especially my repeat customers! This would be my 3rd project for this homeowner, and it took place in a family room/home office that was an addition to the back of the customer's home at some point. It started out as a demo of some shelving, wall paneling, and removal of a window that led into one of the bedrooms. Initially, the project was to close up the window, install drywall, and lay some LVP flooring.

But...sometimes life will take you in a different direction, and so will remodeling projects! Halfway through the project, the homeowner informed me of a change in plans and that the space would need to be turned into a bedroom instead. After discussing the layout of the bedroom, the homeowner wanted a walk-in closet with a barn door while also leaving enough space to potentially add a bathroom at some point down the road. Safe to say the job took a bit longer than I expected it to, but I think it turned out pretty nice in the end. Homeowner decided to handle the painting after everything was done.

It's been a while since I've posted anything, so I'll start the year off with this one. I received a call from the Better Business Bureau at the beginning of the year letting me know that I was eligible to become an Accredited Business, so I said sure let's do it. Pretty cool!

This guy Bradley Folkers has been a brother to me for a long time, since we were some young kids not knowing what we wanted to be when we grew up. Now we’re both doing things that we probably never thought we’d be doing. He’s great at what he does and he’s willing to go above and beyond. First big project of 2025 in the books! It’s such a good feeling to have a prior customer reach out for additional projects. Front porch extension and storage shed. Concrete pad was courtesy of Kaotic Edge. Customer wanted to extend their porch out and add some railing that was high enough to keep the little ones from falling off, but low enough to be able to sit and watch them playing in the yard. Storage shed was built big enough to hold their lawn mower and a set of spare tires, among other things, but still small enough to fit under the bump out of the house.
