Interior & Exterior Painters Servicing Residential and Commercial Needs In The Black Hills Area.

09/02/2026

We’re growing our crew! 🎨

Inside Out Paint Co. is currently hiring for two full-time positions in Rapid City:

Experienced Residential Painter | $18–$22/hr
We’re looking for someone with professional painting experience who can step onto our projects and contribute right away.

Painter Helper / Apprentice | $15–$18/hr
No professional painting experience required. If you’re dependable, willing to work and want to learn the trade, we’re willing to teach you.

We take a lot of pride in the work we put our name on, but just as importantly, we want good people on our crew who communicate, work together and care about doing things right.

There’s room to learn, earn more and take on more responsibility as you grow with us.

Application links for both positions are in the comments below.
