Just thought I’d make a post to help people understand a few things. We are in the peak of busy summer season which means any good companies are typically pretty booked up between work and tons of scheduled estimates. Some of us don’t have receptionists and at times hard to manage 150+ calls and texts and messages on 2 different facebooks per week. Please for the love of God stop assuming most people can just drop what they’re doing and instantly drive over. Most people are booked out weeks at a time for estimates and months at a time for work itself.

Idk how many times I get the “idk why you came recommended if you can’t do the work” when in reality I just can’t stop the jobs I’m doing to start yours immediately because you wanted to wait till last minute to schedule an appointment. Please have some patience, understand scheduling for seasonal (exterior) work. I can promise you it’s a worse feeling accepting a job and trying to squeeze it in with little to no time VS not getting the job. Friends supporting friends is an amazing thing but just because you’re friends with someone don’t mean you can skip the line of people who waited weeks for estimates, months to be scheduled and didn’t ask for discounts because they know you or wanna compare your pricing to someone with no insurance or company overhead. Thanks for coming to my Monday morning Ted talk 😂

The Rustic Builders team knocked out this deck in just under 12 hours! Now the concrete crew can get where they need to be in order to pour our piers for the back porch. The lovely weather we've been blessed with was hindering their ability to get back there without it!
We look forward to coming back next week to continue making a vision a reality for a lucky family right here in our home town of Ransomville! How good it feels to be a part of building up our little community one house at a time!

18 months after the demolition of this homeowner's front porch, it was an emotional process to watch it go back up in just 2 days!

Sometimes gratitude has the potential to be the most rewarding part of the job🤘
The customer wanted the honor of doing the detail and finish work themselves. Once thats complete, it'll be a great place to enjoy spring showers and may flowers ⛈️☀️🌻🌹

Another busy week for Rustic Builders!

We brought this front porch back to life 🙌 by jacking it up and re-leveling. We replaced the rotting supports and joists, then finished it off with new T&G decking, pvc post wraps and vinyl handrails!

On the backside of the home, we built a new 20x20 pressure treated deck featuring ✨️ helical piers✨️ as an alternative to concrete footers. This allowed immediate load bearing capability and kept the project moving right along. Lastly, we complimented it with new soffit and facia on the back addittion!

All in just over 2 days, leaving us time to fit and finish one more project by the weeks end. Follow us for updates!
