Welcome Breck Parker, Pre-Construction Manager.
Breck beings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team with over 38 years of management experience, 15 years at the Senior Executive Level. Breck has spent the past three years as Rangeleyā€™s CEO. Working as a Code Enforcement Officer provided him the foundation to explore the newest advancements in building materials science and emerging construction methods that will be used to provide our customers with state-of-the-art building. Peter grew up in Southern Maine and has been immersed in the construction industry since the age of 16. After studying environmental sciences across Maine, New Hampshire, and Montana, he returned to his roots in construction, spending the next 30 years in the retail lumber industry. Known for his precision in material takeoffs and estimating, Peter became a top seller at one of Maineā€™s largest lumber yards through self-motivation and deep industry knowledge. In 2020, Peter and his wife relocated to Rangeley to embrace a lifestyle centered around the outdoors, while transforming their cabin into a four/season home. His experience blends technical expertise with a passion for place-making and natural design, making him a perfect fit here at Summit Homes. A long-overdue welcome, Peter!
