WANT MORE THAN JUST ANOTHER JOB?
Stoic Plumbing & Heating is growing, and we're looking for an experienced WA Licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our small team serving the Mossyrock • Randle • Packwood • White Pass area.

This isn't a "show up, do what you're told, and disappear into a 30-man crew" kind of job.

We're looking for someone who wants to own their work, make decisions in the field, and have a real voice in the company.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
🔹 Run residential service calls and plumbing jobs independently
🔹 Diagnose problems and make sound decisions in the field
🔹 Lead and mentor apprentices
🔹 Communicate directly with customers
🔹 Take pride in doing the job right—not just getting it done
🔹 Become specialized in HeatMasterSS wood & pellet boiler installation

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
✅ Active Washington State Journeyman Plumber license
✅ Several years of hands-on plumbing experience
✅ Comfortable working independently
✅ Good judgment and problem-solving skills
✅ Reliable and dependable
✅ Honest and professional
✅ Someone who takes pride in their workmanship

💰 PAY
$32–$40/hour DOE
We're a small, growing company. That means you'll have real autonomy, direct communication with ownership, and room to grow.
If you're an experienced plumber who's tired of being just another number on a big crew, we'd like to talk.

🔧 Big job, bigger reason we love this valley.
Just wrapped up swapping out a 150-gallon commercial water heater for a facility here in the area, replaced with two separate units for better reliability and capacity.
We take on complex commercial work like this, but honestly? Residential calls right here in Randle, Packwood, and Morton are where our heart is. Every job means meeting more of the amazing people who make this valley home.
Whether it's a big commercial swap or a simple leak under your sink, we're here for it.

Heat your home with wood. Heat your water too. 🔥

We are a certified HeatMaster wood-fired boiler dealer for Washington and Oregon — and one of the only installers in this region.

If you're tired of propane bills or want to use the timber on your property to heat your home, a HeatMaster system might be exactly what you're looking for.

These systems are built tough, incredibly efficient, and perfect for rural properties like ours out here.

No additional charges for our certified installs. We'll walk you through the whole thing.

DM us or call to schedule a consultation.
