Crazy story… after the last snowstorm, a customer called us because they “couldn’t find” their car.

Not stuck.
Not blocked in.
Like… actually buried.

We pulled up and the car was covered so heavy it looked like it disappeared overnight.

No exaggeration….it was completely packed in.

So the crew got to work, started digging it out piece by piece, cleared the whole area, and finally got the car freed up so they could get moving again.

That’s the part people don’t see… sometimes it’s not just landscaping, it’s showing up when someone needs help and handling whatever the job turns into.

This past week has been crazy with the snowstorm that passed through our city and throughout the whole Northeast ❄️

Our job is to keep people safe on the road 🛣️🚧 and when they are walking into properties by laying salt down and doing routine maintenance.

When snow hits, reliability matters. ❄️

Walmart’s plow crew no-showed, called us in a panic—we mobilized, cleared the lot, opened lanes, and salted so customers and trucks could move safely.
At Crystal Ridge, Debbie (property manager) called about freezing water and slick walkways—we were on-site fast to plow, de-ice, and keep residents safe.

Hand-edged, on purpose. 🧱⚒️

We edge beds by hand with shovels so we control the cut, protect your irrigation and buried cables, and keep mulch where it belongs. Powered edgers are fine for large commercial beds or areas we’ve confirmed are clear—but around homes, precision = safety and cleaner lines. Quality first, no surprises.

Tall fescue is the MVP in our area - it’s what you see on most “nice lawn” homes. 🌿
Kentucky bluegrass is great too, and many of the best results come from mixes tailored to your soil, sun, and shade. Big-box seed often struggles in tough spots; our commercial blends are picked for Ellicott City conditions. I had a shady area at my own house that wouldn’t grow - switched to our pro mix and it filled in fast.

Spotted a broken hanging branch at a client’s property today. ⚠️

That’s a safety risk for our crew, the homeowner, and anyone visiting. We’ll confirm it’s on our client’s side (not the neighbor’s), then schedule a safe removal & disposal. If our field team sees a hazard, we flag it and the office reaches out - simple as that.
