ONE PROPERTY — FOUR DIFFERENT PROJECTS 🏡🔨
Here’s a recent project where the homeowner had several different ideas for improving and making better use of their property — and we were able to take care of all of them from start to finish.
1️⃣ Gravel Walkway
We started by creating a custom gravel walkway using w**d barrier underneath and pressure-treated 2x4s to create the border and keep the gravel contained. The borders were secured with rebar to keep everything firmly in place. The homeowner had a specific design in mind, and we were happy to bring it to life.
2️⃣ Camper Parking Area
Next, we cleared sage and vegetation from another section of the property and prepared an area for the homeowner's camper. We laid down pit run to create a solid base, followed by base course to provide a clean, durable parking area — and a nice place to park the camper and enjoy those New Mexico sunsets.
3️⃣ 10-Acre Boundary Fence
The biggest portion of the project was fencing the boundary of approximately 10 acres. This included installing H-braces, setting T-posts, stretching and properly tensioning the wire, and completing the perimeter fence around the property.
4️⃣ Greenhouse Area
Finally, we prepared a level base-course pad for a greenhouse the homeowner had purchased, assembled and anchored the greenhouse, and finished the surrounding area with w**d barrier and gravel. This helps keep the area clean and accessible instead of turning into mud whenever it rains.
One property, four very different projects — all handled by the same crew.
