Established in 1978, Windsor Propeller is among the first manufacturers of hobby propellers for R/C model aircrafts and drones. Nowadays the company is one of the leaders in its market segments, providing broad range and highest quality products to its customers under the brand name Master Airscrew. Propellers are key elements in aircraft propulsion systems. Their features and quality determine th

e performance, the flight duration and range of the aircraft. In order to ensure best flying experience for our customers, we have implemented proprietary specialized production processes, with highest quality state-of-the-art equipment possible. Every new propeller design starts with professional CAD/CAM modeling and extensive Computational Fluid Dynamics simulations. Then a prototype is manufactured and tested in real world conditions. Upon approval, a highly specialized composite mold is developed and manufactured with the utmost precision of detail. Then fully automated injection molding machine forms each propeller into a ready finished product. A new propeller is born! Our R&D department is constantly working to meet and exceed our customer’s expectations. So stay tuned for innovations!
