Twenty-five years later, the steel still tells a story.

Malic had the honor of carefully moving two pieces of steel from the World Trade Center, entrusted to Liberty Science Center from inside the center to its new location outside the Center, where it will become part of a permanent memorial.

As we moved this piece of history, we were reminded of the lives lost, the heroes who responded, the families forever changed, and the incredible resilience of our community.

To be entrusted with preserving this piece of the World Trade Center is a responsibility we do not take lightly. We are honored to help create a place where future generations can pause, reflect, remember, and never forget.

We remember those we lost.
We honor those who served.
We will never forget. 🇺🇸

It was an honor to attend yesterday’s groundbreaking for Project Supernova at Liberty Science Center.

As a General Contractor, we’re incredibly excited to help bring a new era to LSC—building new spaces and resources that will inspire curiosity, learning, and discovery for generations of children to come.

As we walked the facility and took in the view of the New York City skyline, we were reminded of the significance of this day. Twenty-five years later, we continue to remember September 11th and all those whose lives were lost.

Their memory will forever remain in our thoughts and prayers.

We’re proud to be part of a project that looks toward the future while honoring the past.

Building relationships. Building the future.

Not every space needs a full renovation. Sometimes, it just needs the right refresh.

At Malic, our motto is “Building Relationships.” And that means more than building spaces, it means understanding what our clients actually need.

Sometimes that’s a complete renovation. Other times, it’s helping a client secure TI funds and strategically refresh their space to better reflect their brand, elevate the customer experience, and make a lasting impression.

Fresh paint
Updated lighting
New flooring & finishes
A redesigned reception area

The goal isn’t to sell you more construction. It’s to find the right solution for your business and help you get the most value from your investment.

Because when you focus on what matters to the client, you build more than great spaces.

You build relationships that last.
