Old State Capitol VFW is open to the public — and WJR Electrical Services is proud to help support them!

We recently had the opportunity to complete security camera upgrades and some additional electrical work at , and while we were there, we were reminded what a great place this is for the Corydon community.

A lot of people still think the VFW is members only, but that is not the case. Corydon VFW Post 2950 welcomes the public and offers a family-friendly atmosphere, great food, pizza, new gaming machines, and a place where veterans, families, and the community can come together.

For WJR Electrical Services, this is exactly the kind of work we love being part of — helping improve safety, security, and reliability for a local organization that gives back to the community.

So this is a shoutout from us to them:

We’re excited to share that WJR Electrical Services is now officially registered in SAM.gov and has received our CAGE Code.

This is a big step forward for our company and opens the door for us to pursue government, federal, municipal, and commercial contracting opportunities.

This Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives while serving our country.

Their sacrifice is the reason we are able to enjoy the freedoms we have today, and that is something we should never take for granted.

WJR Electrical Services will be closed Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day.

We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday.
