WE’RE HIRING!

Top Tier Turf & Golf is growing, and we’re looking to add another Turf Installer to our crew!

This will start as a part-time position with the potential to grow into full-time as we continue to expand.

⛳ What we’re looking for:
- Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
- Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical labor
- Construction, landscaping, hardscaping, or turf experience is a plus
- Takes pride in doing quality work
- Works well as part of a team
- Dependable transportation

📍 Based in the Raleigh/Clayton area with travel to job sites throughout the region.

Artificial turf experience is great, but not required for the right person. We’re looking for someone who wants to learn the trade, work hard, and grow with our company.

Interested or know someone who would be a great fit? Send us a Facebook message or email [email protected].

Please share to help us find the right person!

Would you rather have the putting green or the maintenance-free lawn? 👀⛳️
Good news… you don’t have to choose.

CREW SPOTLIGHT: Meet Pete 👋

Pete has been working in the turf industry since 2017, bringing years of hands-on experience to the Top Tier crew.

🌱 Favorite project: Lawn turf — Pete enjoys helping transform struggling or high-maintenance lawns into beautiful spaces homeowners can enjoy year-round.

💚 Favorite part of the job: Seeing a happy customer at the end of a project!

🔥 Outside of work: Pete enjoys spending time with family and friends, meeting new people, cooking on the grill, and cruising.

😎 Fun fact: Pete is easy to get along with and, in his words, “doesn’t meet a stranger!”

💡 His advice for anyone considering artificial turf: It lasts a long time, is easy to maintain, cuts down on landscaping, and looks beautiful.

We’re proud to have Pete and his experience on the Top Tier team. If you’ve met him on a job, you already know he brings a friendly face and a great attitude wherever he goes!

⛳ A backyard built for vacation mode.

We loved bringing this custom outdoor space to life at Azalea Cottage! 🌴

For vacation rentals, it’s not just about making a property look good—it’s about creating memorable amenities that help a property stand out to potential guests. A putting green, game area, or low-maintenance turf space can turn an ordinary yard into part of the vacation experience.

Thinking about adding a custom putting green or entertainment space to your home, vacation rental, or commercial property? Top Tier Turf & Golf can design and build it from the ground up.

BACKYARD TRANSFORMATION IN PROGRESS 🚧

This one is coming together!

A lot goes into creating a backyard that looks great and performs the way it should. Our crew has been hard at work on the prep, grading, drainage, base installation and all the details that happen before the turf goes down.

You can already see this space taking shape — and we can’t wait to show you the finished product.

Stay tuned for the final reveal!

Transformation Tuesday!

Swipe to see the before ➡️ after. Tag a local brewery, restaurant, or business that could use a turf upgrade like this one.

Transformation Tuesday 🌴

You don’t buy a home at the beach so you can spend your weekends pushing a lawn mower.

You buy it for morning coffee outside.
Evenings around the fire pit.
Family gatherings.
Quiet weekends away.

This Carolina Beach backyard now delivers all of that—with a lawn that stays beautiful without the constant upkeep.

More beach life. Less yard work.
