Today we had the opportunity to remove bees that had taken up residence in the rotunda of this historic Raleigh home. As you can see, they were not happy about their eviction notice (Justin was stung through his suit at least 8 times) but they were in a much better mood when they got to their new home and Krissy Ross gave them a couple of gallons of sugar syrup!

Make sure you're following along to see more pictures and videos from this removal and others all around Raleigh and surrounding areas!

“HONEY, I’M HOME!” 🐝 🏡

Earlier this week, we got a call from a friendly woman who was walking her dog in her neighborhood when she saw a SWARM of honeybees begin to land on her neighbors vacant home!

Unfortunately, less than 10 minutes later, the swarm had fully moved in.

Knowing that the homeowner had an open house THIS WEEKEND — the Raleigh Bee Removal team responded within 24 hours with an in person assessment and less than 48 hrs later the entire colony was removed, the home was repaired, and the colony was relocated to their new home.

It’s been a busy week at Raleigh Bee Removal! We have successfully relocated 2 honeybee colonies so far, and we will be relocating an additional 2 colonies by the end of the day Friday!

What sets us apart is our keen attention to detail, decades of construction experience, and the fact that we are fully licensed and insured to handle any removal that comes our way.

On this particular removal, we spent over 2+ hours taking the customer’s room apart — moving furniture and taping off the floors, ceiling, and walls of the room so that no bees would escape during the removal.

Once the colony is successfully vacuumed & frames are strapped into a nuc box, we put everything back — so that it looks as if we were never there! 🐝
