Cross heads up Project Development; Joel Williams, Residential Construction and Renovations; and Owen Williams, Commercial Construction. Lee Singleton is in charge of Leasing and Property Management.

Exciting day today as we celebrate the groundbreaking of the new Alexander Jones Wright YMCA Youth Center on Hillsborough Street. The building is named for three remarkable individuals that worked for the YMCA for more than 130 years combined - Pearl Alexander, Earl Jones, and Willie Wright. The new addition will include a gymnasium honoring Cross Williams.

Today’s milestone event included YMCA Leadership, Board Members, Local and State Politicians, and members of the Williams Family. We look forward to the positive impact this project will have on our community for years to come.

Another milestone achieved! Williams Realty & Building Company is proud to be the builder behind Points East Veterinary Specialty Hospital in Sims, NC.

This 24/7 hospital is a game changer for our community and the surrounding area, providing round-the-clock access to top notch medical care for pets.

This state of the art 17,100 SF facility includes digital radiography, a CT machine, ultrasound technology, echocardiograms, advance in-house diagnostic, and MORE!

Thank you, Vets Pets, for choosing us to be your builder. It’s been a true pleasure to be a part of this project, and we are grateful for the trust you’ve placed in us.
