Great day on the course at the 2026 NAIOP Raleigh Durham Golf Tournament at Prestonwood Country Club! ⛳️

A newly completed 12,100 SF office renovation for Tri Pointe Homes in Raleigh, NC.

Tri Pointe Homes, a nationally recognized homebuilder, partnered with Brookwood Construction to deliver a refreshed workplace environment designed to support their growing team and daily operations.

The project included a full interior upfit featuring:
- Updated offices
- Conference rooms
- Collaborative workspaces
- Game room
- Break areas
