One of the things we love most about roofing is watching old-world design meet new material technology.

Traditional cedar shake has shaped residential architecture for generations. Today, composite shake gives us another way to honor that character while introducing modern material performance and longevity.

Brava Roof Tile Composite Shake has become one of the flagship sustainable roofing systems in our luxury portfolio, and a material we’ve had a lot of fun working with this summer.

We wanted to pause our educational conversations for now and just be in the moment.

Our Quality and Safety Manager, JJ, kicks off every day with safety, orders, and leads our roofing team in prayer every morning before we begin work.

This job is hard - These men, and women, work relentlessly through the heat, through the cold, and through early mornings and late evenings, to guard our homes. With craftsmanship and care in every single nail, we our goal is to have a safe day and ensure they return home to their loved ones.

Thank you, JJ, for being our leader in the field, and ensuring each morning starts with procedure and prayer.
