Ripping up an entire Porcelain TILE pool surround because ( ONCE AGAIN) a landscaper was hired and now ( ONCE AGAIN) we have to rip it all out and redo it correctly......

-Weeds all coming up
- Entire Border around pool has collapsed , some areas up to 7"
- None of the joints are even remotely the same size
- They cut the stone the wrong way and you can see marks all over.

That's only part of it. This is a big company too. Its sad. . These companies will just hire anyone off the street who claims to be a "hardscape " guy

CAROLINA OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES, INC.***( we are changing name to LLC and closed this INC already and operating as self proprietorship on the advice of my accountant. All insurances are exactly the same, i just moved into my name until everything was ready. It took longer than it was supposed to because we were supposed to close on our farm much earlier and then that got pushed back. We wanted to do everything after we moved so nothing got lost in the mail. It was to avoid confusion.
Unfortunately, we had no idea it would get pushed back. But now everything is done and were setting up the llc in the next few weeks.

I believe in transparency over everything. I have worked very hard to get that "100% Recommended" status on Facebook. Mainly because, unlike the BBB or Angieslist I cannot pay to get this rating. Its from doing the right thing Im not going to be shady and jeopardize that .
