Great progress in the refresh of the practice facility for Duke Diving and Track and Field teams. Another great team effort with O C Mitchell Jr, Inc, New City, Duke Athletics, and Duke Facilities Management pulling together.

Construction is complete of over 20,000 SF of new retail, restaurant, and fitness specific space at Lakestone Commons in Fuquay-Varina, with five of six retail bays already leased. Thanks to a team effort with our client: Heart Pine Property Group; contractor: J Kester & Rose; and engineering team: Timmons Group, Maple Engineering, PLLC, and Kaydos-Daniels Engineers.

North State Bank is coming along on Blue Ridge Road! With steel now installed and concrete slabs poured, the building is really coming to life. Crews have now begun working on the roofing and exterior framing. Big thanks to our General Contractor J.D. Beam and the North State Bank team for their continued hard work on this project!
