The Terra Luna Hotel at Universal Orlando showcases over 13,000 sq. ft. of terrazzo and marble finishes, 900 LF of seamless poured-in-place base, and 5,000 LF of custom hand-bent divider strips, all 100% self-performed by the David Allen Company team.

From circular floor designs flowing seamlessly into matching bases to new polishing techniques developed on-site, Terra Luna reflects the artistry and dedication behind every project.

As the anchor resort of Epic Universe, Helios Grand Hotel called for artistry, scale, and precision, and DAC delivered. We installed over 92,000 SF of tile and 10,000+ SF of custom epoxy terrazzo, weaving together elegance and durability across guest rooms, rooftop bars, corridors, and public spaces. From hand-seeded terrazzo with sculpted
edges to brass-inlaid mosaics and complex multi-height transitions, this project celebrates both form and function.
