It’s all in the details.

A great outdoor space isn’t defined by one material or one feature. It’s how the masonry, stone, concrete, planting, lighting and architecture all work together.

From traditional brick and natural stone to modern large-format concrete and custom masonry, our goal is simple: build outdoor spaces that look like they belong with the home—not like they were added later.

Design. Build. Landscape. Maintain.

THIS is what turnkey really looks like.

Getting a plunge pool into the ground is one thing. Getting one into a tight, difficult Raleigh property with precision—and then delivering the entire outdoor space around it—is something completely different.

This timelapse gives you a glimpse of what goes into one of our installations: planning, access, excavation, elevations, equipment operation and precision placement. When there’s little room for error, experience matters.

At Whittaker Worx Inc., the pool isn’t the whole project. It’s one piece of the landscape.

We provide the complete package:

POOL + HARDSCAPE + LANDSCAPE + DRAINAGE + GRADING + OUTDOOR LIGHTING + SITE RESTORATION

One contractor. One plan. One finished outdoor environment.

We aren’t trying to compete with companies that simply install plunge pools. We’re bringing a different level of turnkey design and construction to the Raleigh plunge pool market.

Have a backyard that looks impossible?
Those are the projects we like.

WHEN ACCESS IS THE HARDEST PART OF THE JOB. 💪🏗️💦

Another plunge pool is officially in the ground—but this one definitely didn’t come easy.

Tight backyard. Significant grade change. Limited access. Existing structures, fencing, mature trees, and neighboring properties all within inches of the operation.

Getting this pool from the street to the excavation required careful planning, ground protection, multiple pieces of compact equipment, and some precision work with the CAT excavator. When a conventional crane or easy backyard access isn’t an option, you figure out another way.

That’s the advantage of having the excavation, equipment, hardscape, landscape, and pool installation capabilities all under one roof.

The shell is set. Now we start building everything around it.

Stay tuned for this transformation.

Project in Progress | Raleigh, NC 🔨

Castle Buff is officially locked in — and this natural stone is looking incredible.

This project has been a full transformation from the ground up: extensive site work and grading, concrete placement, new retaining walls, rebuilt brick steps, and now the installation of this beautiful Castle Buff natural stone patio.

The variation in the stone is what makes it. Warm buff, tan, gray, and subtle earth tones give the patio character you simply can’t replicate with a manufactured product. Once the surrounding landscape is installed and everything is tied together, this outdoor space is going to feel like it has always belonged with the home.

Still a work in progress, but this is the stage where the vision really starts coming together.

Designed. Built. Built to last.
