We visited the NC Department of Labor this week to sign a contract continuing funding for Be Pro Be Proud NC, thanks to an appropriation in the state budget passed by the North Carolina General Assembly.

NCHBA's Senior Officers joined NC Commissioner of Labor Luke Farley for the signing, celebrating a continued commitment to introducing students in North Carolina to rewarding careers in the skilled trades.

Students at Graham Middle School had the opportunity Tuesday to explore trade careers through hands-on activities in the Be Pro Be Proud NC mobile workshop.
