This family on Tanworth in Raleigh is so great! We first painted this house in 2014. We also did some indoor work in 2021. Now, in 2026, we're painting the entire exterior and repairing the trim and siding. The last image is from 2014, when we first painted it. The image is also on our website homepage.

Another great full exterior renovation in Raleigh is now packed up and complete! It has been a while since we were last at the Bridgeton Park neighborhood. This home on Stone Gap Court was more than nostalgic, like always, it was such a pleasure.

Our latest project included siding replacement, trim repairs, building a porch, installing new 6" gutters, and painting the full exterior. All of this was done in just 7 short days.

Our latest full exterior renovation on Rutgers Court in North Hills is a masterclass in what happens when technical expertise meets high-end design. Most companies just "slap on a fresh coat," but we believe a home’s beauty should be built from the inside out.
We stripped this property back to the studs, removing two full layers of old siding to reveal the home’s true "bones." From there, we rebuilt it to a standard rarely seen in residential contracting:

🔥 The Core: We replaced the old wall insulation with high-density Mineral Wool for superior fire resistance and a massive upgrade in soundproofing.

🏗️ The Structure: We installed new 7/16 OSB sheathing and a high-performance house wrap to create a rock-solid, moisture-managed envelope.

🔨 The Shield: Every inch of old trim and fascia was replaced with rot-proof PVC. All soffits and siding were upgraded to HardiePlank fiber cement, installed strictly to the manufacturer's guidelines for maximum longevity.

🎨 The Finish: We didn't settle for "contractor-grade" paint. We applied two coats of Sherwin-Williams Latitude to the siding and brick for extreme weather resistance, and used SW Duration on the trim for a finish that won't crack or peel.

💧 The System: To finish the look and protect the foundation, we installed 6” seamless black aluminum gutters paired with Leaf Solutions protection guards.

The result is a "Raleigh-proof" fortress that is as quiet as it is beautiful. In a neighborhood like North Hills, you don't just want curb appeal—you want a home that will stand strong for the next 30 years.
