Joey Jacobs grew up in Raleigh, NC when his father moved the family from Wilson. His father was a residential home builder and his mother a residential real estate agent. Following graduation, he worked alongside his father to build his first home in 1986. He currently has an unlimited building license, is an NC Real Estate Broker, a certified NC Residential Appraiser, and has developed several su

bdivisions in the Raleigh area. Joey takes great pride in his work as a residential custom home builder and enjoys the challenges associated with developing and building. While he builds many speculative homes, he immensely enjoys partnering with his clients to create a custom-built home. Joey is not just an average builder with a general contractor’s license; he brings a broad range of real estate knowledge and 30+ years of experience to each project.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Joey & Stacey Jacobs both grew up in Raleigh in a neighborhood called Quail Hollow. They reconnected in their 20s, and have two children, Brandon & Summer.

📝 Joey’s father was a residential home builder and his mother a residential real estate agent. From a young age of 16 years old, Joey could be seen driving around in the pick-up truck with his father who taught him everything he knew about the home building process. Joey built his first home alongside his father in 1986, and the rest is history! He has an unlimited building license, is an NC Real Estate Broker, was a certified NC Residential Appraiser, and has developed several subdivision in the Raleigh area. Joey’s clients harp on his patience, kindness & transparency in every one of his home builds and his testimonials speak to that.
