Today our crew took time to focus on one of the most important parts of every job - safety.

This morning's safety meeting covered the importance of tool tethers when working from lifts and elevated work platforms. A dropped tool can cause serious injury, damage equipment, and create unnecessary hazards for everyone working below.

We discussed:

The dangers of dropped objects on the jobsite.

Proper use and inspection of tool tethers.

When and where tool tethers should be used.

Best practices to keep our crews and fellow trades safe.

At Code Electric, safety isn't just a meetingā€”it's a commitment. Taking a few extra minutes to secure our tools helps ensure everyone goes home safely at the end of the day.

Weā€™re grateful for the opportunity to engage with so many bright and motivated students across Rolesville, Triton, Harnett Central, Western Harnett , and Overhills High Schools.

During our visits, the CODE Electric team shared information about our apprenticeship program, career pathways in the electrical field, and the value of hands-on learning.

What an incredible day at Code Electric Inc. for our 2026 Employee Appreciation Day!

We had an absolute blast celebrating the hardworking people who make this company what it is every single day. The turnout was amazing, and it was great seeing so many employees and families come out to enjoy the day together.

A huge thank you to our vendors and partners who helped make it special, including Milwaukee Tool, Hilti, Greenlee, RIDGID, WakeMed, Capital Electric, Anixter, City Electric Supply, Encore Electric, A&R Staffing, Carolina Work Force Solutions, and many more....

From the rock wall, dunking booth, and co****le games to an outstanding lunch prepared by Randall White with B&B BBQ there was something for everyone to enjoy.

Yes ā€” Josh Wechsberg and Aaron Hickman both took their turns in the dunking booth!

Special thanks to Melissa White for putting together such a fantastic event, and to our leader William Patterson for continuing to invest in and appreciate the people who make this company great.

Also congrats to our 4 newest graduates of the apprenticeship program. Good luck on your Electrical career.
