Having been witness to some of the devastation from hurricane Helene we are so humbled and grateful to be a small part of the efforts needed in our mountain communities. The outpouring of much needed food, clothes, bedding, supplies, fuel, equipment, kid toys, and volunteers to help will be needed for not only weeks or months ahead but most likely years of togetherness to overcome the current situation.
Big shout outs to the local NC volunteers and supporting groups of Virginia, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, New York, Ohio, and Oklahoma that we met while offloading and organizing donations to redistribute onto local volunteer trucks and trailers.
CODE Electric, Inc sincerely, appreciates everyone’s generous donations last week and will continue to store and redistribute supplies back to western North Carolina as we can.
