Salisbury Moore adds another Moab renovation to the books! The Slackline Moab- Outset Collection by Hilton is an adventure hub placed between two national parks making this a perfect spot for hikers, bikers, and outdoor explorers.

Our field teams, lead by Ian, Malcolm, and Emilio, transformed this inside out. Key upgrades include:

• Installation of new wainscotting in corridors
• Replaced all lobby FF&E furnishing and fixtures
• Installation of new custom market millwork
• Parking lot resurfacing
• Installation of beer garden and steel pergola
• Installation of a beer truck feature
• Large landscaping and Xeriscape package
• Added new dog park/pet area

SpringHill Suites by Marriott Moab is looking better than ever! The Salisbury Moore team recently completed a full refresh of this family friendly property just minutes from Arches National Park.

Guestroom upgrades included new wall finishes, new flooring, and a completely updated FF&E package. Public corridors received new carpet and refreshed wall finishes, while the Breakfast Area now features an accent tile installation, updated finishes, and new FF&E. The Meeting Room also saw improvements with new carpet and wall finishes.

Salisbury Moore just wrapped up another successful Hilton renovation, this time at the Hilton Garden Inn in Wayne, NJ! Our team delivered a full refresh across 125 guestrooms and all major public spaces, bringing modern comfort, elevated finishes, and a cohesive new design throughout the property.

Guestroom Upgrades
• Complete guestroom + corridor renovation
• New paint, vinyl wallcovering, carpet, and base
• New mattresses + window treatments
• Backlit mirrors, artwork, decorative lighting, and updated FF&E

Public Space Enhancements
• Renovated lobby, registration, dining, bar, meeting rooms, pre function, restrooms, and pool area
• New decorative lighting, paint, wallcovering, carpet, and tile
• Reupholstered banquettes + new FF&E package
• New bar millwork + telescoping display kitchen doors
• Updated terrace with string lighting + outdoor furniture

Thrilled to share the transformation of another beautiful property in Park City! And even more exciting that this project was honored as a Gold Winner in the Muse Design Awards, Ski Resort category.

Hotel Thaynes, Park City, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, has completed a full scale renovation inspired by Park City’s mining heritage and world class ski culture. From fully redesigned guestrooms and expanded amenities to a reimagined lobby, new elevator tower, upgraded pool deck, and a 1,600 sq ft year round event pavilion, every corner of the property has been elevated.

This renovation delivers a distinctive mountain retreat just steps from Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley, complete with an onsite See ’N Ski shop, refreshed meeting spaces, and a dramatically expanded courtyard built for gathering in every season.

We’re incredibly grateful for the dedication and craftsmanship of every crew member, subcontractor, and hotel partner who pushed through this massive project. Special shoutout to Logan, Anthony, Dan, and Derek for their leadership throughout each phase of this renovation.

Proud to announce the completion of another Hampton Inn by Hilton hotel renovation! This Rocky Mount location received a full interior and exterior transformation, giving the property a fresh, modern look and an improved guest experience.

Results are in for the TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Wilmington! This beautiful coastal property is just minutes from UNCW, downtown Wilmington, and Wrightsville Beach. The hotel now features updates to both interior and exterior amenities for guests to enjoy.

Updates Include:
• Renovated indoor and outdoor public spaces
• Updated partition wall layouts with modified MEP systems
• New wall and floor finishes, custom pocket doors, and millwork preparations
• Freshly painted exterior and an expanded patio featuring all new finishes, a firepit, and a grilling station

Another local commercial renovation has wrapped up at William B. Umstead State Park, one of Wake County’s most treasured outdoor destinations.

Just minutes from downtown Raleigh, Umstead offers miles of trails, fishing spots, camping areas, and endless opportunities to enjoy an escape from the bustle of urban life. Our crew has been hard at work delivering park wide renovations that enhance the visitor experience and support the park’s long term sustainability.

Here’s what’s new:
• 6 brand new cabins
• 11 RV sites
• 11 tent sites
• A new shower house
• A freshly paved loop road
• Mass grading and tree removal
• A new septic system
