No two Opoplan designs are the same!
Due to our complex AI system generating houseplans based upon your detailed Design Brief, it is highly unlikely that you will ever see another house that is exactly the same as yours. Obviously, it’s not totally impossible, but we don’t think it’s likely – anywhere, ever.

What formats are my Opoplan houseplans available in?
Some of the other advanced formats include: walk-through videos, 3D printable files that you can take to a print shop and/or get a 3D model printed, and CGIs/ artist’s impressions. All of these formats are available at an extra cost, starting from $400. Why does my Free Opoplan Dashboard only give me one design?
Opoplan’s service is founded on the idea that your personalized design should be created in response to your particular lot/site, lifestyle, and taste. We take the approach that a careful analysis of your Design Brief, in combination with our AI architectural design technology, will lead to a better design than if you are selecting a house plan yourself from limited criteria. Because your design is an individualized solution for you and your site, the positioning and layout of your design has already been taken into account. Therefore, it usually wouldn’t be necessary or beneficial to alter or reserve your plans, but it is possible as part of the manual change service available at Opoplan’s Plus subscription level of $25 per month.

Opoplan produces architect-quality initial designs for your dream home at an affordable price.
Our unique AI technology is not the same as engaging an architect to design your house. We are big fans of what architects do and do not claim to offer an equivalent outcome as having an architect there to champion the plan’s quality through to completion. If you can afford an architect, we recommend you do so. If however, you cannot or are having a hard time locating an architect near you, Opoplan is your next best option.
