New builds get most of the spotlight. But some of our favorite work happens inside homes that already have a story.

We're putting the finishing touches on a remodel in ITB Raleigh, off Ridge Road, and it holds the same standard we bring to every ground-up build. New herringbone hardwood. Custom cabinetry throughout, built by . Marble subway backsplash, brass fixtures, a coffered ceiling, and a wet bar backed in antiqued mirror tile.

Remodeling at this level means working inside a home that's already loved. Matching what stays, protecting what's finished, and holding every new detail to the same line as the original craftsmanship.

Now available in Cary, and still under construction.

415 Webster is a 4,524 square foot home less than a mile from Downtown Cary Park. Because it is still going up, there is real room to shape it around how you actually live before the finishes are locked in.

Five bedrooms, four and a half baths, a private first-floor guest suite, a chef's kitchen with a large scullery, and an elevated screened porch over a patio and a large backyard. There is also flex space envisioned for a golf simulator, a theater, an exercise room, or a private speakeasy.

Our clients had incredible taste, and we absolutely love the bold cabinetry paired with warm wood floors, soft quartz countertops, and elegant brass accents. The color brings so much personality while still keeping the space calm, elevated, and inviting.
