Got Rot? Should you tear off old shingles or just go over them?? This home in Garner didnt have any interior damage we could see, yet there was this rotted plywood under the shingles. Some homeowners and roofing companies want to go over asphalt shingles, but then stuff like this is missed. We have gone over shingles before, but we make certain the rot is gone.

Standing seam roofing done right. Biggest question i get is how much more is this than regular shingles? Its typically 2-3x more than asphalt. BUT.. you never re roof again, energy savings, hurricane resistance, hail resistance, fire resistance, less use of your hvac, attic temps drop, and your house raises in value. Its not cheap up front... its opposite of shingles. Question for you, what will that $8500 asphalt shingle roof cost in 15 years when you redo it again?? Hint** ALOT more than $8500.. Save money with a cool roof, and your piece if mind. 984-289-2585

Whats a great alternative to standing seam when the budget requires less expensive option? This 26ga exposed fastener panel from MRNC looks like standing seam, just less!! Sierra tan finish, is very solar reflective too. To learn more, contact us
